Description
The delivery crew members’ position assists their team Leads in effectively and efficiently deliver products to our customer’s home. Safety is our priority, whether, in the warehouse or the field, you must be focused and aware of your surroundings. Each Delivery is involved, you will work as a member of a team, and you may offer problem-solving to mitigate damage and support team members’ safety. You will carry out many tasks throughout the day to help support the customer and your team.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time; the start time is 8:00 AM
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times
- Can lift 100+ pounds throughout the day
- Be agile and quick on your feet in evolving situations
- Be aware of surroundings and potential dangers to yourself and others
- Have the ability to see potential hazards to the product and avoid them
- Have the ability to see potential hazards to the product and avoid them
- Have moderate knowledge and experience with hand and power tools
- Install accessories, cover lifter, handrails, umbrellas, cool zone, music
- Have moderate knowledge of how the plumbing and electrical work with the products
- Operate a pick-up truck with an attached trailer (up to 20ft in length)
- Educate yourself on product knowledge and product maintenance
Qualifications
- Current valid driver’s license
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities
- Customer Service-oriented attitude
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Can lift 100+ pounds throughout the day
- Ability to use hands to handle, feel or reach with hands a must
- Verbal communication with team a must
- Knowledge of delivery policies/procedures and safety requirements
